CONSULTATION POLICY

The consultation includes a mandatory 30-minute phone call to discuss your ideas and choose the service that best suits your needs. This is followed by a planning process to fulfill your vision. Consultations are for creative directing and marketing services only. Before inquiring about these services, you must schedule a consultation.

CREATIVE DIRECTION POLICY

After the initial consultation, you will receive mood boards within 5-7 days. Mood boards consist of wardrobes, hairstyles, makeup looks, nail inspirations, and set designs. A mandatory scheduled fitting is required 1-2 weeks before the shoot date.

Rescheduling for shoot dates is only allowed up to 2 times. If rescheduled after a second time, the process will restart, and a new deposit will be required. All deposits are non-refundable without exceptions.

BRAND MARKETING POLICY

After the initial consultation, you will receive mood boards within 5-7 days, which consist of the full layout of your agreed-upon marketing plan. You are allowed to change your marketing plan up to 2 times. Any subsequent changes will result in a $25 additional fee. Brand marketing includes 2 weeks of social media marketing content via Instagram. Termination of brand marketing may occur if there is a posting not scheduled within the marketing plan, deletion of agreed-upon posts, or anything not agreed upon in the contract. Regarding any termination, an email will be sent. All deposits are non-refundable without exceptions.

SERVICE DESIGN POLICIES:

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
All payments are 100% non-refundable. Due to the nature of services offered at IneffableGrphx, we will not provide any refunds. If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion, you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. All artwork ownership will remain IneffableGrphx's property and will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in the final stages, ownership will be transferred to the client once full payment is received. All sales are final. The only reason any monies will be refunded is in the event IneffableGrphx is unable to complete the project for personal reasons or illness.​​

TERMINATION OF SERVICE(S)
Orders will be canceled if the information isn't sent in a timely manner (seven business days) and payments are non-refundable. You [client] will have one week to respond to our emails and proofs. After this grace period, I will reach out to you with two follow-up emails. If we still do not receive a response, the order will be terminated, and the client will have to pay a restart fee of $50. Waiting on responses/decisions hinders us from closing out projects and moving on to new clients. We recommend that you are 100% ready before making any purchases.

This policy will be enforced! As a designer, it messes up my schedule and projects for clients when you go ghost and then come back trying to finish up a project. It's not fair to me or my clients to have to fit you in at an unreasonable time. My time is valuable please be considerate of it as I am to yours.

Ineffable Grphx also has the right to terminate your services without issuing any refunds for the following:

• Harassment

• The client is unable to make decisions, forcing the designer to make constant changes to the design.

• Requests that were not in the original agreement and then refusing to pay for extra services rendered.

If at any point I feel the client is being disrespectful, or hostile during the process I have the right to cancel the project at any given moment. If the project has already started your payment becomes nonrefundable. If the project has not started and only a conversation has been made you will receive a full refund and your project will be canceled.
 

​COMMUNICATION/UPDATES
Ineffable Grphx works in a no-disturb clause. Meaning during the design process, updates aren't periodically sent, instead you will receive your order update on the business day in which your order is due. There will not be any constant contact during the duration of the design process. However, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or further details about your order. Please allow up to 24hr for a response.

All communication should be through email or text. Please, no phone calls unless we have discussed having a phone conversation.

WEB DESIGN
All landing page web designs come with three (3) free edits. Any edits after 3 edits will incur an additional fee. Once the edits have been confirmed and the designs have been sent, any additional edits will incur additional fees. 

All full web designs come with five (5) free edits. Any edits after 5 edits will incur an additional fee. Once the edits have been confirmed and the designs have been sent, any additional edits will incur additional fees. 

If your design form and images were received after the seven-day grace period, a fee of up to $150 will be accessed.​

DRAFTS
Drafts are for approval only they are not to be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any person or company without permission from Ineffable Grphx.

REVISIONS
Ineffable Grphx has a 3-revision policy, after that, any revision made after all additional revisions will incur a $5-50 fee per revision depending on the project. For larger-scale projects like web design, the number of revisions is limited to 3 as well. If the client is not willing to pay for the revision, the client will either have to choose their final project from the revisions Ineffable Grphx made or cancel the project and the client will not be refunded, and will not be sent any final projects.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Ineffable Grphx will complete projects in the timeframe given. However, due to the revision process, more time may be needed for customer satisfaction. 


DELIVERY
Logo Designs will be sent in PNG files (Ask for additional files).  Other digital projects are sent in PNG format. Once the project has been finalized and files have been sent, you own the rights to what you have purchased. The client gives Ineffable Grphx the right to use work for portfolio and/or marketing purposes.
